The Aesthetic Society COVID-19 Safety Protocols
The Aesthetic Society’s top priority is the health and safety of attendees, vendors, and staff. The Aesthetic Society will be establishing the following wellness protocols:

  • Wellness check upon entering the building for all attendees, staff, and vendors that include temperature checks - supported by Allergan Aesthetics
  • Masks must always be worn except when eating or drinking
  • Physical distancing room sets
  • Hand sanitizer stations throughout the meeting and exhibit space
  • Contact tracing procedures
  • Audio Visual safety measures for use of microphones and equipment

*To maintain a safe environment, paid in-person attendance will be limited to 600 registrants.  As the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic evolves, the Society will evaluate and adjust the in-person limitation with safety as its top priority. Updates on these restrictions will be provided closer to the actual meeting dates.

Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
What Separates MBCC from the Pack: Valuable Differentiations

  1. We are a GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation.
  2. Committed to MB Standard.
  3. Health Ambassador client liaisons to ensure venue compliance

Guiding Principles & Strategic Highlights:

  1. The health, safety, security and wellbeing of all who enter our venue is the number one priority at the MBCC.
  2. health plans have been developed with protecting our collective public health in mind.
  3. these plans are informed by public health official ordinance and recommendations, as well as best practices from industry associations and affiliations.
  4. Event plans are scalable and customizable, developed in consultation with The Aesthetic Society, service providers and public health officials. We understand there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to events during these unprecedented times.
  5. Plans are subject to change, as new information related to the pandemic is ever-evolving and fluid. We endeavor to keep these plans updated as new information is released.
