  REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

You may register as an Aesthetic Society Active or International Active Member if –
You have been formally elected into The Society prior to registering for the meeting. The registration fee is all-inclusive of the educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as the Presidential Welcome Reception and lunch in The Aesthetic Marketplace. Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday. You must register as a Guest Surgeon if you are currently in The Society membership application process but have not been officially accepted into Active/International Active membership. Your 2025 membership dues must be paid and up to date to register for The Aesthetic Meet!

You may register as a Life Member if –
You are a Life Member of The Aesthetic Society. The registration fee is all-inclusive of the educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as the Presidential Welcome Reception and lunch in The Aesthetic Marketplace at a special discounted fee of $300 (early bird rate, see Registration Fees page for other rates). Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday.

You may register as an Aesthetic Society Associate or International Associate Member –
You are currently enrolled in The Aesthetic Society Associate or International Associate Member Program. If you are not yet enrolled and are interested in enrolling in the Associate Program CLICK HERE for full details on requirements and benefits of this program. The registration fee is all-inclusive of the educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as the Presidential Welcome Reception and lunch in The Aesthetic Marketplace. Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday. Your 2025 Associate Program dues must be paid and up-to-date to register for The Aesthetic Meet!

You may register as a Guest Surgeon if –
You are board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC). Outside of the US and Canada, must be an Active member of your country’s national plastic surgery society or an Active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).” Written verification of membership in an international society is required with your registration form. NEW A member of The American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, The American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Written Verification of membership in these organizations is required. * The registration fee is all-inclusive of the educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as the Presidential Welcome Reception and lunch in The Aesthetic Marketplace. Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday. **

You may register as a Resident or Fellow if –
You are in an approved plastic surgery residency or fellowship program. The greatest benefit we offer residents and fellows is the opportunity to attend at the reduced fee of $100! A certification letter from your Program Director or Chief of Service with expected graduation date is required unless you are currently enrolled in the Resident Program, no additional documentation is required. International residents must submit a certification letter from your Chief of Service which includes your date of graduation along with a verification letter from the national plastic surgery society that your Chief of Service is a national society member of. Registration is all-inclusive of the educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as the Presidential Welcome Reception and lunch in The Aesthetic Marketplace. Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday.

You may register as a Medical Student if –
You are currently enrolled as a full-time student in medical school in the United States or Canada and interested in a future career in plastic surgery. The meeting registration fee is $100 for medical students with proof of medical school enrollment. Registration is all-inclusive educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as the Presidential Welcome Reception and lunch in The Aesthetic Marketplace. Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday. NOTE: Proof of medical school enrollment is required. Registration cannot be processed without proof of medical school enrollment.

You may register as an AlliedPro Member if –
You are currently an AlliedPro member. If you are not a member and are interested in membership, CLICK HERE for full details on requirements and benefits. AlliedPro meeting registration fee includes the all-inclusive educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, entrance to The Aesthetic Marketplace as well as the Presidential Welcome Celebration. Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday on a space-available basis only. Your AlliedPro membership must be paid and up-to-date to register for The Aesthetic MEET!

You may register as Non-AlliedPro Member if –
You are a non-MD working within the aesthetic medical field. Employment verification is required. Non-AlliedPro Member meeting registration fee includes the all-inclusive educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, entrance to The Aesthetic Marketplace as well as the Presidential Welcome Celebration. Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday on a space-available basis only.

You may register as an ISPAN Member if –
You are a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN). ISPAN Member meeting registration fee includes the all-inclusive educational programming on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, entrance to The Aesthetic Marketplace as well as the Presidential Welcome Celebration. Additional fees apply for courses scheduled on Thursday on a space-available basis only. Written verification of membership in ISPAN is required with your registration form.

You may register as a Guest of an attending surgeon if –
You plan to access all 3 days of The Aesthetic Marketplace, the Scientific Session and Optional Education (fee for Thursday courses) and the Welcome Reception. No CME provided

You may register as an Industry Observer if –
You are from a company looking to enter the aesthetic space and/or from investment/analyst firms with an interest in aesthetics. Submission of a completed registration form accompanied by a letter verifying position/role within a company/investment firm on company letterhead. CLICK HERE for more details.

* If you are registering for the meeting and are a member of ASDS, AAFPRS, or ASOPRS please provide one of the following in the upload section or attach to your registration form: A screenshot of your organization’s website with you listed as an active member, a photo or copy of your membership certificate, or a letter from your organization on letterhead confirming your active membership.

**If you are an active member of ASDS, AAFPRS, or ASOPRS, you are welcome to attend sessions that cover topics within your scope of practice. This would include all non-invasive topics, The Business Side, lectures in The Aesthetic Arena located in The Aesthetic Marketplace, and any other sessions/courses on the topic of neck, face, and head surgical procedures.
