Thanks to the generosity of AmSpa, attendees who register for The Aesthetic Meeting 2024 by March 25th will be able to skip the check-in process onsite and will receive their meeting badge via mail.

If you wish to register online but have never attended The Aesthetic Meeting or your registration category requires a verification letter or license as indicated on the Registration Categories page, click here to complete the Registration Request Form. You will be notified via email once our team reviews and approves or denies the request.

*If you are having trouble determining your primary email address, please call us at 800.364.2147 or 562.799.2356, or email admin@theaestheticsociety.org for assistance. If you have never attended a meeting with us you will need to download the registration form and fax it in to register. Please allow 10 days for your registration confirmation.

What if I decide I prefer to attend from home, or I prefer to attend in person after my registration is complete? Registrants may change from in person to virtual attendance, or from virtual to in person, until April 18, 2024. Simply email The Aesthetic Society at registrar@theaestheticsociety.org to request the change.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds not considered unless a written request is emailed to registrar@theaestheticsociety.org by Thursday, April 25, 2024, or mailed to The Aesthetic Society and postmarked by Thursday, April 25, 2024. Refunds made on or before Thursday, April 25, 2024, will be subject to a 15% administrative fee. No refunds after Thursday, April 25, 2024.
