HOTEL RESERVATION POLICIES
A two-night NON-REFUNDABLE room and tax deposit is required by credit card or company check. On or around April 5, 2024, the hotel WILL charge the credit card on file 2 Nights Room and Tax per reservation in Canadian Dollars. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual Reservations may be cancelled on or before Thursday, April 4, 2024, by 11:59pm Central Daylight Time (CDT)/9:59pm Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) with no penalty. Reservations cancelled on or after Friday, April 5, 2024, will result in loss of deposit of 2 Nights Room and Tax. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
SPECIAL POLICY
An early departure will result in the loss of the 2 Night Room and Tax deposit and 100% of the remaining nights on the reservation.
Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in loss of deposit of 2 Nights Room and Tax.
