This special symposium will be held offsite at UC San Diego. A shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. Departing at 12:15pm  and arriving back at approximately 5:15pm.

This program utilizes various ground based activities and a Team Development Course (the TDC) to have FUN, create community, offer opportunities for personal development as well as support your group dynamic skills.  The program is based on the principles of experiential education, which involves learning through experiencing or doing, reflecting on that learning in a variety of ways, and transferring that learning back to professional and personal contexts.  Everyone will also have the opportunity to experience the optional zipline.

During the course of the day, we will deepen existing relationships while fostering new ones, improve communication through a better understanding of your own and others' communication & leadership styles,  and foster creative thinking and problem solving. While this will be held outdoors and include some physical activity, attendees will not be required to participate in any activity they do not feel comfortable with.

*Registration for this event will close on March 30. Onsite registration is not available. A health and liability waiver must be signed by each participant prior to boarding the shuttle. Proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within 48 hours must be provided prior to boarding the shuttle to the event.
