• Discuss a reproducible, safe technique, with over a 30- year track record with long term results
• Identify how to avoid postoperative outcome uncertainties of malpositioning and bottoming of the implants, nipple areolar necrosis, and implant extrusion
• Evaluate undermining of the superior pole with redistribution of the breast parenchyma and large range of implant size
• Discuss how to replicate easy and safe one-stage long term revisions; including one stage explantation/mastopexy without the need of ADM and mesh
